Locus: Beijing Diaries (2012)
This series of sketchbooks, created during at the Red Gate artist residency in Beijing, China, was developed as a series of responses and observations of the chaotic urbanism of Beijing. Locus is a series of portraits focusing on specific elements of the city, including fragments of the historic city of Beijing as well as the detritus of the new, constantly changing modern metropolis.
